Teesside Championship Show & Northern Counties Championship show:

At the Teesside show Suki won her OPEN class & CC. Michelle, who has
Oitamonsoon Gabriel & Jazz, came to see us and look at all the cats.
It was so nice to chat with Michelle and to hear how the boys are getting on.

Sekhmet won her open class and best of breed

Teesside was a very busy show and it was nice to see some of the local
Egyptian Maus attending. A few people commented on how friendly our
section was as we were all chatting and exchanging info while admiring
each others cats. I have added a photo of the MenNefer Mau Trophy that
Sekhmet was awarded by the Egyptian Mau Club for winning the most merits.

Northern Counties Show:

I was really looking forward to our own Northern Counties Show. Suki was
entered in the Champion Female up for a Grand Certificate. The judges
felt Suki should have more than a 2nd and awarded her the RESERVE GRAND
CHAMPION. What an encouraging start for Suki. Later in the day Suki went on
to win her OPEN class, CC, Best Of Breed and a lovely trophy.

The Northern Counties Championship Show was Sekhmet's last as a kitten, from
now on she will be entered as an adult and begin gathering Intermediate Certificates.
The Egyptian Mau club need 20 cats to win 3 IC's each to allow the breed to move up to
Grand Champion status at GCCF shows.

Sekhmet won her OPEN class and Best Of Breed. The side classes were also overflowing
with Orientals, Foreign and British breeds. Sekhmet stayed up in the top few and won
her share of rosettes. Leigh and Graham (who have Oitamonsoon Jackthelad) came to
the show, they hope to start showing Jack very soon and it was really nice to chat about
all the things he's been getting up to since we last met up.

Champion Pr Oitamonsoon Yoshi

Yoshi is a Chocolate Point Siamese boy with the most wonderful nature and lovely milk chocolate points that are showing no signs of changing colour as he gets older. Yoshi is full brother to Suki (Natsuko) You can see them growing up in my kitten page from 2003.

Congratulations to you both, for winning your Championship Title at the Northern Counties Championship Show, 2004. Yoshi looked fantastic, so well turned out and as always he was in his happy go lucky mood wanting hugs from everyone. Hope to see you at the next show Jaime, Well done.
